Six-Car Crash Stuffs Up I-495 North In Lawrence: Officials

A multi-car crash during rush hour in the Merrimack Valley has caused several delays for evening commuters.

The six-car crash was reported at Exit 102 on I-495 North in Lawrence on Wednesday evening, according to MassDOT on Twitter.

All northbound lanes were closed for cleanup as a result and delays were expected. No word yet on any injuries.

The scene was cleared within an hour, according to a separate Tweet from MassDOT. No other information was released.
